Together - Living - Muttenz. In the new Co-Next development in Muttenz, we rent out various office spaces and commercial premises by arrangement. The spaces are located on the ground floor of buildings A (Hofackerst. 16), B (Hofackerstr. 12) and D (Hofackerstr. 14). The rooms in building A are intended for a catering concept with cold kitchen. The rental spaces in buildings A and B have a mezzanine floor and can also be divided into sub-areas (80 to 600m2). Another highlight is the extra-high rooms and the division into split levels. In addition to the approximately 1,500m2 of commercial space, the development will also include 109 1.5 to 5.5 room rental apartments. The development is located in the immediate vicinity of Muttenz train station and borders directly on the FHNW campus. Co-Next is intended to grow into a new meeting place and a lively residential area in Muttenz, where residents as well as students and employees of the FHNW can meet.
