In summer, in less than 10 minutes by car from the village of La Comballaz, after crossing the herds of cows, you will reach the chalet which overlooks the village of Les Mosses with a real breathtaking 360° view and the oxygen of the heights.
In winter, the adventure of the "Off Grid" is even crazier! Indeed, your only access to the chalet will be by means of a quad equipped with tracks with closed cabin and 4 seats; In fact, the journey to the chalet is shorter in winter, because by means of the quad bike, you will go directly up the ski slope for the most direct access to the property.
During the opening hours of the ski lift, you can also reach the chalet on skis!
The chalet consists of 3 levels:
In the basement:
- Technical room with emergency electric generator in case the solar panels are not enough
- Game room
Ground floor:
- Entrance hall with food storage room and clothes wardrobes
- Living room with TV and wood burner
- Dining room with balcony access
- Open kitchen equipped with ovens, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, crockery, glasses etc.
- Grandiose master double bedroom with a large en-suite bathroom
- Guest toilets
1st floor:
- TV lounge with wood stove
- 2 spacious bedrooms with high ceilings, Queen double beds and access to the upper balcony
- 1 spacious bedroom with high ceilings, a Queen double bed, and access to the garden overlooking the back of the cottage.
