The Primavesta Cooperative has built a residence comprising 31 Lada (adapted housing with support) of 2 rooms in the center of Aigle. These housings are intended for seniors on AVS and for people with disabilities, registered with AI.
The Residence "Le Clos des Messageries" will open its doors in September 2024 and will allow its tenants to break social isolation and evolve in a space designed to facilitate their mobility. Tenants will therefore be able to take advantage of a community room to participate in activities organized by the social referent present on site part-time.
The apartments (surface area between 55m² and 71m²) will all have a bedroom, a fitted kitchen opening onto the living room, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a storage room and a balcony or loggia.
On request, the apartments can be equipped with an emergency call system to provide 24-hour security supervision.
Two shared laundry rooms will be available on the 1st floor of entrance B and C.
A cellar will be available for your convenience.
