Located in a historic building in the arcades of Morcote, it is newly renovated and beautifully furnished and offers a beautiful view of Lake Lugano.
Upon entering you enter the living room with a comfortable sofa where you can relax after a day at the lake and which can be converted into a double bed for the night (Please note: the sofa bed is not prepared, we consider it appropriate to use the sofa during non-sleeping hours. You will find bed linen, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf next to the sofa). Next to it is the dining table for 4 people where you can eat with family and friends. The kitchen is open to the living room, modern and fully equipped with everything you need for lunches and dinners like at home. From the balcony you can enjoy the best view of Lake Lugano and its green mountains: admire the view while sipping an aperitif on the small outdoor table!
The bedroom is a double room and is perfect for couples who want to spend a romantic stay. A bathroom with shower completes the apartment.
A set of towels is included for each person, as well as bed linen and blankets. We also give you a courtesy kit. We also provide a basket with the essentials for breakfast.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, but you can park in the public parking spaces along the street or in the large municipal parking garage Garavello (paid parking).
Mandatory costs in addition to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
- Final cleaning: 110 CHF
