A stone's throw from the beautiful Brissago and just 15 minutes by car from Locarno, the elegant condominium in which it is housed is in a fantastic position overlooking the lake. The apartment is tastefully furnished and welcomes you with a beautiful open space living room with a TV corner and a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed at night. The dining area has a table for 4 people and a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and preparing meals like at home! The pearl of the apartment is the large terrace equipped with deck chairs, table and chairs: have lunch outside in summer or sip a good aperitif in company while enjoying the cool of the evening. The master bedroom is spacious and equipped with a large wardrobe that can accommodate the wardrobe of all guests. The modern bathroom with bathtub completes the apartment. A set of towels for each person is included, along with bed linen and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the essentials for a breakfast. Free WiFi for guests. Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment. Guests have access to the entire apartment.
