RESIDENCE STELLA
SITUATION AND ENVIRONMENT
Located a few steps from the Château de Chillon-Montreux, the Residence STELLA benefits from a calm and discreet environment. It enjoys a panoramic view of the Alps, Lake Geneva and the terraced vineyards of Lavaux. These are elected UNESCO World Heritage. In the heart of the Vaudois Riviera between Geneva and Gstaad, the region benefits from a microclimate and is the land of numerous tourist, cultural and gastronomic activities.
The train station, the bus, the port and the primary school are in the immediate vicinity. Montreux city center, its international schools as well as the new regional hospital can be reached in a few minutes by public transport or by car.
THE PROJECT
Designed as a set of 5 apartments and an outbuilding of very high standing, this new project was carried out respecting the morphology of the volumes and spaces of an old village house full of elegance, style and character.
