SIMPLIFIED PPE
For municipal reasons of minimum plot size per object, this building plot and its future chalet will be in PPE with the existing chalet on the same plot. Each chalet will however be completely individual from each other (no adjoining walls), and each access will also be independent. (see photos)
On this plot, the existing chalet (see photos and plans) as well as the future individual chalet (white arrow) will be subject to the PPE regime (already established)
The white arrow (see photos) indicates the plot on which the existing chalet (1a) is located and where the future individual chalet (1b) with an area of 143.25 m2 will be built.
The purchaser will therefore purchase 535 thousandths of the plot corresponding to an area of 366.4m2 (m2 for information and estimation purposes)
