The shops, the tourist office and the entertainment center & refreshment bar with the ice rink and a playground for children are just a few steps away. The tree-lined "Chapelle des Collons" is a protected area and separates the buildings from the main road of the resort.
The ski lifts are accessible by shuttle bus during the winter season and the return from the slopes is located just a few meters away, as is public transport.
The residence also has a magnificent indoor swimming pool which will be renovated in 2024 with a pool for the little ones, a sauna, a games room and a laundry room reserved exclusively for residents. Access is facilitated by the garage and an elevator serves the floors.
