Chalet Heiminen was built in the early 1920s. In 2002, the granddaughter of the builder and her husband took over the apartment. It is located on the second floor of the building, which faces south-west.
The chalet has been gently modernized over the years. The wooden staircase at the rear of the building was replaced by a covered granite staircase and a large balcony was added. Sanitary facilities and a fitted kitchen were installed within the apartment. Otherwise, the traditional character of a Valais apartment was retained.
With an area of 120 square meters, the charming vintage apartment offers space for up to six people. The Heiminen house is located in a car-free part of the village of Grächen. The apartment is being sold fully furnished and fully equipped.
