By agreement, we rent a sales area of approx. 716 m² in the Geelig center in Gebenstorf.
A coop has already been rented on the ground floor of the Geelig Zentrum. Migros, Aldi, Landi and some vehicle representatives are in the vicinity. The shopping district is very popular with local residents and people from the surrounding area and is set to continue to grow in the future.
The sales area is basically rented out as a shell, but heating radiators and ventilation are already integrated. A small tea kitchen in the staff lounge and staff toilets have also already been installed and may be taken over.
