In addition, and according to the attached plan, the plot includes a large area of forest. The possible location of a chalet is demarcated in purple on the map.
Here is part of the rules from the two building regulations:
- The area is intended for individual or collective housing, commerce and crafts.
- The distance between the facades and the boundary of the neighboring property is at least 8 m.
