On the ground floor we have a double bed, two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
The floors are made of treated Florentine terracotta.
At your disposal not only dishes, glasses, pots and cutlery but also a wonderful 3000 m2 plot with tables, benches, umbrellas, grill, night lighting and outdoor shower with hot water.
The cottage is only 7 km from Tesserete where you will find all the services: 4 food shops, ice cream shop, butcher, restaurants, bars, pizzerias, doctors, pharmacies etc.
For those who love sport there is a sports center available with swimming pools, tennis courts and various paths along the entire Capriasca area.
The minimum rent is one year and is ONLY available as a secondary home.
