A hall, a kitchen, a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom (the hob, oven, washing machine and fridge are not included in the rental, but can be purchased for CHF 450.00 from the outgoing tenant), a separate toilet, a storage room and a loggia. A cellar is available free of charge and at your convenience. A parking space can be rented jointly for an additional rent of CHF 220.00 per month.
