From here you have access to the large terrace where you can enjoy the mild Ticino climate in the different seasons. It is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and a relaxation area with a comfortable sofa.
The bedroom is double and has a large closet where you can store all your wardrobe.
The apartment is completed by a bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer for private use.
A set of towels for each person is included, along with bed linen and blankets; we also provide you with a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the essentials for a breakfast.

The building also offers guests a bicycle storage room.
Any commercial activity is prohibited in the apartment.
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
