This apartment is located in a historic urban building in Maraini Street, 5 minutes walk from the train station and just as many minutes from the historic center and the lakefront. The living room is furnished with a dining area with a round table for 4 people and a TV area with a comfortable sofa that becomes a double bed at night. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare lunches and dinners like at home. From the living room you have access to the balcony where you can enjoy the view of the lake and its green mountains, Monte Bre on the left, while sipping an aperitif at sunset at the small table for two. The bedroom is a double, perfect for couples, with a closet for your wardrobe even of the longest vacations. Finally, there is a bathroom with bathtub shower.
A set of towels for each person is included, along with bed linen and blankets; we also give you a courtesy kit. We also leave a basket with the essentials for breakfast.
Please note: The sofa bed is not prepared. We consider it appropriate to use the sofa outside sleeping hours. You will find bed linen, pillows and blankets in the closet/shelf next to the sofa.
The apartment does not have a private parking space.

- Final cleaning: 110 CHF
