Climbing the stairs of Palazzo Gritti from the Strecia side of Calastri you reach the apartment, which is immediately greeted by a large living room equipped with two sofas on which to relax after a day of sightseeing, swimming and water sports chat with friends or read a book. Here, the large table for 6 people is perfect for dinner with friends, but also for studying and working.
Next door, separated by a small wall, is the modern kitchen with appliances and everything you need to prepare lunch. and dinner like at home, as well as an additional table for breakfast, lunch or quick snacks.
The stairs lead to the sleeping area, which is divided into two levels. On this floor there are two bedrooms (with a door that closes), one with a French bed and a double bedroom with a single sofa bed and an additional single bed in the attic. Climbing the stairs to the top floor takes you to another attic where there are two more single beds.
A bathroom with a bathtub completes the apartment.
A set of towels as well as bed linen and blankets are included for each person. We also give you a courtesy kit.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, however you can park in the public parking spaces along the street or in the large communal parking lot (parking fees apply).
Mandatory costs which are added to the total rent (to be paid directly on our website):
- Tourist tax: CHF 3.50 per person/night
