Parking space in residence
Parking space in an underground car park with elevator access for one
medium car (4x4 and large vehicles excluded). Everything is automatic (see
procedure below):
It is often difficult, if not impossible, to find an outdoor parking space on
along Rue de Bon-Port in Montreux-Territet. In the evening between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
In the morning, we find places, but they are taken by storm.
By renting our parking space which is located in an underground car park and to which
you can access it via Rue de Bon Port, making your life easier:
1. You drive up to the garage door in your car,
2. You operate the remote control and the door opens,
3. You roll to the bottom of the elevator shaft and follow the instructions
which appear on a screen,
4. You leave your car, exit the cage and use the badge. The
garage door closes automatically and your car is taken care of by
the automaton,
5. When you want to bring it back up, you use the badge again and
your car reappears quickly,
6. You enter and exit the cage driving your car, the door
closing behind you.
Monthly rent: CHF 120.-
